Routine To Follow In Daily Food Habit:

  • You need to maintain a proper routine for your daily skincare.
  • Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 liters).
  • Eat plenty amount of fruit juice.
  • Add a salad to your everyday meal.

  • Avoid junk food as much as possible.

  • You can have a little snack at 5-6 pm. You can have walnuts, green tea, dark chocolates, berries, etc.
  • Then have your dinner by 8-9 pm. If you have your dinner late, you will have a digestion problem which will make your skin fade. Digestion problem cause pimples.
  • You can take soup at dinner. If you want some heavy food, you can have vegetables, fish or meat at dinner. Your dinner should be the lightest meal of the day.

Maintaining In Skincare:

  • Waking up from bed, you need to wash your face with a face wash that suits your skin. After that, apply some moisturizer.
  • Don’t sleep immediately after having your meal. Take two hours of break. Then go to sleep. Try to sleep early. For improved skin, you must get enough sleep. If you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll have problems with assimilation, acne, dark circles, and so on.

2. Honey helps your skin to moisturize, soothe, and glow. Drink a teaspoon of honey with warm water. You can add few drops of lemon juice. 
3. Coffee Powder increases the blood circulation of the skin. It reduces dark spots, black spots of our skin.
4. Tomato gives you clean skin. If you can eat raw tomatoes, it will help you to make your skin.  
5. Apply curd and banana for glowing skin. It helps in anti-aging.
6. However, every fruit contains different kinds of vitamins. So, you can apply these fruits to get a clearer skin.

Keep In Mind:


If you follow the above-mentioned rules, you can have better glowing skin. Some important points you should always keep in mind are given below:
1. Don’t drink water while having your food or right after having your meal. Take 30 minutes to break after having a meal. You can drink water 30 minutes before and after having a meal.
2. Don’t take a nap right after having your meal. You should take 2 hours of gap after taking a meal. Otherwise, it will create a digestion problem.
3. Don’t let your skin dry out. It should always be hydrated.
